Rex(ALT)離任式・表彰伝達式・壮行会

本校ALTのインペリアル レックス　アキレス先生が退職されることになり，離任式を行いました。

【レックス先生のあいさつ】
Hello everyone. Good afternoon . Rexです。
今日が大分南での最後の日なので，ちょっとお話しさせてください。
実は，これが僕の初めての仕事でした。
だから，最初とても緊張していたし，「本当にいい先生になれる？」と思っていました。
でも，みんなの優しさのおかげで大分南で過ごした日々は，決して忘れられない宝物になりました。
授業中はもちろん，部活動でも，廊下での小さなやり取りでも，僕を温かく受け入れてくれて感謝しています。
僕がみんなから，たくさんのことを学んだのと同じぐらい，みんなも僕から何かを学んでくれていたら嬉しいです。
これからも，英語の勉強を頑張ってね。
このおよそ一年間，いつもありがとうございました！
また会いましょう！

Hello, everyone. Good afternoon.
I’m Rex.
Today is my last day at Oita Minami, so I would like to say a few words.
Actually, this was my first job.
So, I was very nervous at first.
I was also worried and thought, “Can I really be a good teacher?”
But thanks to all of you and your kindness, my time at Oita Minami has become a very special memory that I will never forget.
In class, in your club activities, and even in the small conversations we had in the hallways, you always welcomed me warmly.
Thank you so much.
I learned many things from all of you.
I hope you also learned something from me.
Please keep studying English and doing your best.
Thank you very much for everything during this past year!
I hope to see you again someday.
